Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established food processing plant in the Goldsboro area who is hiring an Assistant Plant Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits working 4am-1pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Assistant Plant Manager will oversee entire plant operations, ensuring safety procedures are followed and plant goals are met
- Manager will direct schedule requirements, cost standards, safety requirements
- Manager will ensure quality and food safety specifications are met
- Manager will oversee production schedules, production development and training
Requirements:
- Associates degree preferred; Bachelors degree is a plus; or 5+ years food processing background
- Candidates must have 5+ years managerial background
- Candidates must have strong problem solving, negotiating, and decision making skills
- Candidates must have demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- Candidates must have strong computer kills
