Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established food processing plant in the Goldsboro area who is hiring a night shift Production Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits working 10pm-8am Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Production Manager will manage and coordinate operations, safety, quality, cost, service, and employee relations
- Manager will oversee employee development, train and monitor Production personnel, Supervisors, and Leads
- Manager will monitor staff needs, track results, set expectations
- Manager will guide direct reports on disciplinary actions, performance assessments
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Bachelors degree with 3+ years Production Supervisory experience or equivalent on the job leadership background
- Candidates with food manufacturing background preferred
- Candidates must have strong computer skills
- Candidates must have demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills
