Accentuate Staffing is assisting  a dynamic and growing beverage company, who is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive sales growth. If you are passionate about sales and have a track record of success, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new members of the sales staff.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments, especially marketing and finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • This role is mostly remote with monthly meetings in the Raleigh Corporate office.
