Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking an Accounting Manager for our Non-Profit Client located in Raleigh, NC 27604. This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and supervise accounting and auditing duties including budgeting, account analysis and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements including upper level financial reports and notes
- Prepare reports for tax credit and new construction programs
- Perform accounting and financial analysis for both capital grants and redevelopments.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex GASB standards and regulations
- Capable of conveying complex financial issues in a clear, concise manner
- Excellent understanding of a variety of complex financial arrangements
- Able to manage and supervise accounting personnel, implement and manage systems of internal controls
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business
- 3+ years of Accounting experience
- Supervisory experience
- Non-Profit/Fund Accounting experience required
- Advanced skills in EXCEL & WORD
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
