Accentuate Staffing is assisting  a dynamic and growing plumbing supply company in Raleigh, NC who is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help drive sales and company growth. If you are passionate about sales and have a track record of success, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Work with management team to update territories and set sales goals and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular visits to customer sites, including contractors, plumbers, and other related businesses.
  • Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers based on their specific needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor customer’s credit status and assist in collections as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the plumbing supply industry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing products and solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
