Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a power technology company in Apex, NC. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the primary point of contact for products, services, and delivery dates while ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. If you have manufacturing customer service experience looking for a hybrid schedule you are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Input orders into the ERP system timely and accurately
- Interact with customers via phone and email to manage their orders efficiently.
- Provide initial order confirmation to customers and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Gather critical information from the sales team and customers assertively to ensure accurate order processing
- Communicate changes and order-related information to internal teams and customers promptly and effectively
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience with an ERP System required.
- Experience in material planning is preferred.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet critical deadlines
