Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opportunity for Second Shift Customer Service Representative to join busy office in Raleigh. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering inbound phone calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and efficiently processing orders in our CRM system. While commercial construction experience is preferred, candidates with strong customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Hours are Mon-Fri from 11am – 7pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone calls from customers and vendors, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
  • Enter and track orders accurately in the CRM system, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments or team members when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent phone etiquette at all times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Complete occasional special projects during call flow lulls, as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial construction experience is preferred but not required.
