Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer of industrial machinery parts in the Raleigh area who is looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 2nd shift Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Machine Operator will operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments
- Machine Operator may operate CNC machines, manual machinery, deburring equipment, grinders, band saws, heat treatment furnaces, etc.
- Machine Operator will set up machinery and equipment for production
- Machine Operator will assist in maintaining and repairing equipment
- Machine Operator will utilize precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges
- Machinist will read and interpret instructions and drawing such as blueprints and geometric tolerances
Requirements:
- Candidates must have knowledge operating machine shop equipment
- Candidates must at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in machine shop environments
- Candidates must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances
- Candidates must have experience using precision measuring equipment
- Candidates must have knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, and machining procedures
- Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED
