Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, distribution and safety.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Manage plant budget and expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of plant employees.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork within the plant.

Requirements:

• 10 years bottling or food processing background, or similar industry
• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ year manufacturing experience
• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of AIB and ISO 2002 audit process as well as P&L management experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse automated systems, Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems and Vertique
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
