Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturing company in the Cary area who is hiring an Electrical Assembler to join their team. This is a great opportunity working on 1st shift Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Assemble small electrical components according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Perform soldering and other necessary tasks to connect components.
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to different roles and responsibilities across the production floor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in small components electrical assembly.
- Proficient in soldering techniques and other relevant assembly skills.
- Familiarity with electrical testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
