Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a full time Office Manager for a client in Garner, NC. The ideal person is someone who has experience in customer service, administration, and loan operations. As the primary day-to-day contact for client relationships, this individual will need strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, and an energetic personality. This is a temp to hire position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess clients’ needs, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for client relationships.
- Verify and submit client transactions to accounting department for processing
- Support lenders in the loan origination process by assisting in obtaining required underwriting documents.
- Create and maintain loan files using KnowledgeLake and/or SharePoint.
- Assist with closing/execution of loan documents.
- Manage filing and submission of key loan documents.
- Responsible for location management, and administrative support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of office administration, loan processing experience; agriculture background preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and operational challenges.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transaction processing and loan documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
