Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established manufacturer in the Apex area recruit for an Electrical Assembler to join their team. This is an indefinite contract opportunity working on 1st shift, 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform mechanical assembly tasks such as drilling, tapping, and machining
- Solder electrical connections and perform surface mount technology (SMT) soldering
- Test and troubleshoot assembled electrical components and systems
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete assembly tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
- Electro-Mechanical knowledge and ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in soldering techniques for electrical connections
- Experience working with power tools and hand tools
- Accurate measurement skills
- Will be required to pass a drug test and background check
- Must have high school diploma/GED equivalent
