Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established manufacturer in the Oxford area who is hiring a Tool and Die Maker to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working Monday-Thursday, 6am-4pm.
Responsibilities:
- Tool and Die Maker will craft dies and metal tools for production
- Tool Maker will analyze design specifications, cut and shape dies, and assemble completed parts
- Tool Maker will set up and operate machine tools
- Tool Maker will fit and assemble parts to fabricate and repair metalworking dies, cutting tools, jobs and fixtures, gauges, etc
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5 plus years production experience in Machine Shop environments
- Candidates must be able to set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes
- Candidates must have a solid knowledge of equipment maintenance
- Candidates must be able to read blueprints, schematics, use hand and power tools, drills, taps, grinders, etc.
