Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Information Technology Support Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to end users for a client of ours in the construction industry. As the Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for the company’s construction management software, additionally, you’d be responsible for obtaining vendor-led certifications and managing the vendor relationship.
In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing the use of Procore Project Management software across the Company and administering end-user support. Support includes troubleshooting technical issues, delivering training to users, and ensuring smooth operations of the ERP system across the entire organization by taking ownership of the system to ensure the company is utilizing it to its full capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues related to the project management software application.
- Collaborate with the ERP vendor to troubleshoot and resolve support requests.
- Provide monthly reports – including usage analysis.
- Monitor and maintain the company’s ERP applications, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
- Document all support activities accurately and comprehensively.
- Assist the technology manager with various tasks, including setting up end users in ERP, supporting calls, troubleshooting within the system, and conducting testing.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Experience in end-user and application support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with project management software applications/ERPs
- Experience in technical support.
- Prior exposure to ERP systems used in the Construction Industry is preferred.
