Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst for one of our clients in Cary, NC. The Sales Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role as the strategic and analytic linkage between finance and sales. This is an exciting direct hire hybrid role with an organization that is passionate about their mission.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of MS Dynamics CRM dashboard and streamline sales process with programs to improve data quality and reduce data entry.
- Ensure internal compliance of reporting standards and structures as well as cadence.
- Ensure accurate analysis of sales cycle characteristics and identify segmentation trends and opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasting and collaborate with Finance Department to track against the sales and revenue budget for the year.
- Understand the health and velocity of the funnel.
- Develop and create relevant sales KPIs and prepare executive level sales reporting and competitive analysis, leveraging MS Dynamics CRM data.
- Conduct quarterly analysis to measure the performance of sales incentive compensation plans and the correlation between result and payouts.
- Track sales team productivity, effectiveness and efficiency; collaborate with HR to develop and document new compensation programs.
- Conduct training on MS Dynamics CRM dashboards for the entire sales department and senior sales management.
- Assist management in the creation and modification of sales reports and custom dashboards.
- Perform data clean-up activities and ongoing data relevance check-ups.
- Identify and implement new CRM functionality (both within the product and by integrating 3rd party applications) by driving process efficiencies and new functionality.
- Provide training and second-level support for users on the operational functions of the CRM.
Requirements:
- Must have 2-5 years working in MS Dynamics
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales operations, preferably in healthcare IT or medical device industry.
- Working knowledge of sales reporting processes and key performance indicators.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver clear and concise information to project team and customers.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong PC skills, particularly with Dynamics CRM and MS Excel.
