QC Lab Tech
Accentuate Staffing is partnering with an innovative biotech company who is hiring for a QC Lab Tech to join their research and development team. This is a long-term contract with potential for hire while working onsite. This ideal candidate for this position would have hands-on experience in chemistry laboratories combined with a bachelors’ degree related to chemistry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various chemistry techniques in a regulated laboratory.
- Carry out stability tests, both chemical and physical.
- Support chemistry and formulation related research.
- Perform general sample preparation and shipping duties as needed.
- Assists in the creation of SOPs and lab instrumentation guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field.
- Experience performing wet chemistry techniques in a regulated laboratory environment.
- Knowledge of formulations related to emulsions, wettable powders and suspensions is highly preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suites.
