Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant In Garner to support the sales team in managing purchase order, entering orders, and providing administrative and customer support. This company offers flexible work hours between 6:30 am and 5 pm Monday – Friday as well as health benefits, generous PTO and holiday pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with the sales team by managing Purchase Orders and Entering orders from various customers
  • Serving Customer requests with a high level of professionalism
  • Ensuring accurate & efficient data entry
  • File set-up, management & archiving
  • Reconciliation between Customer’s Purchase Orders & project orders
  • Facilitate Sales requests to ensure timely, accurate order entry
  • Assisting with miscellaneous administrative duties
  • Monitoring Builder schedule change
  • Accurate invoicing of Sales Orders and ensuring that customers receive their monthly invoices timely
  • Monitoring and managing Extra Purchase Order requests to ensure payment.
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & accounting type programs
  • Good work ethic & passion to excel in the work environment
  • Experience with Data Entry a plus
  • Highly detailed with excellent organizational skills
  • Fluent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Efficient & effective problem-solving skills
