Want to be part of team the creates amazing products and aesthetic work spaces? Accentuate Staffing has a direct hire Production Planner opportunity with a client in Clayton. This role is responsible for the development of the long term schedule and daily production plans in collaboration with internal teams sales/marketing/operations/quality and product development.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in new product launch and identify production capacity constraints
- Ensure all components for customer orders are on site and available when needed
- Lead departmental meeting and communicate all production schedule information across the supply chain
- Plan, schedule, and monitor the production cycle, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring production schedules are met and variances are understood, highlighted, and minimized
- Assist in identifying cost reduction opportunities
Requirements:
- BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
- APICS certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of ERP experience (preferably Baan) in a manufacturing environment
