Accentuate Staffing is assisting a manufacturer who is looking for a QA Inspector to join their team. This is a contract to hire opportunity, working 1st shift hours.
Responsibilities:
- QA Inspector will perform process audits and random quality inspections on finished goods
- Inspector will document quality activities and issue certificates of conformance
- Inspector will work with a team to resolve corrective action items and assist to identify any area of process improvement
- Inspector will review quality procedures and work with Engineering and Operations to implement new quality processes
Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least 2 year quality assurance experience, 3+ years’ preferred
- Candidates must have previous experience performing internal quality audits and completing appropriate documentation
- Candidates must have previous experience using calipers and other measuring tools
- Candidates must be computer savvy using Microsoft Office Suite and other software
- Candidates must be able to work independently and have good written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, associates degree is a plus
