Accentuate Staffing is assisting a Biorepository company in the Cary area recruit a Clinical Cold Storage Delivery Driver to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity, working Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, with required ‘on call’ time. Candidates MUST live within 30 minutes of the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Driver will assist with collecting, cataloging and storing potentially infectious samples
- Driver will perform all necessary documentation and paperwork
- Driver will assist with performing inventory of samples
- Driver will be required to follow all SOPs, and regulations pertaining to the repository to include HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality
- Driver will load and unload box truck with 200 lb barrels and bulk dry ice bins
- Driver will operate company vehicles to pick-up and deliver samples locally
Requirements:
- Candidate must have laboratory, delivery driver, and/or cold storage material handling experience
- Strong attention to detail required!
- Candidates must be comfortable working in freezers to retrieve samples
- Must be comfortable lifting 75+ lbs continuously
- Must have a valid NC Driver’s License and clean MVR
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
