Accentuate Staffing is looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who loves helping people. We are working with a client that is looking for someone to join their team as an IT Technician. In this role, you’ll provide support to end users on a variety of issues, including hardware, software, and networking. You’ll also troubleshoot problems over the phone, by email, or in person.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills, and customer service skills. If you have 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role and a High School Diploma or equivalent, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to end users on a variety of issues, including hardware, software, and networking.
  • Troubleshoot problems over the phone, by email, or in person.
  • Maintain and monitor A/V equipment and set up audio-visual equipment for events.
  • Provide training to end users.
  • Perform software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Repair Lenovo tablets.
  • Respond to system alerts and communicate with vendors.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, a plus.
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with experience documenting and tracking issues in a ticketing system.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suites, including Office 365.
  • Ability to learn new technologies as they are implemented.
  • Experience with Apple products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and research skills.
  • A+ Certifications
