Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a rapidly growing, biotech company who is hiring for Research Technicians. This is a contract to hire opportunity, offering competitive pay working onsite. The ideal candidate has the ability to conduct research experiments and analysis to achieve the company’s desired outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts experiments, following methods and protocols.
- Enters laboratory data, reporting experimental results.
- Monitors equipment and calibrates laboratory instrumentation as needed.
- Assists in writing and updating SOPs for the operation of laboratory equipment.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific field. (GED/HSD to be considered depending on industry experience)
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience working in a laboratory.
- Demonstrated experience with basic laboratory instrumentation and the ability to learn new instruments, adapting at a fast pace.
- Attention to detail, accurately recording laboratory data.
- Microsoft Office Suites experience is required. Empower or LIMS experience is highly preferred.
