Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading heavy equipment manufacturer who is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Manager will oversee warehouse operations, staffing, safety training with PPE
- Manager will oversee inventory, ordering, stocking to meet manufacturing demand
- Manager will coach, mentor, and develop warehouse employees
- Manager will create and manage inventory cycle counting programs with weekly, quarterly, and annual counts
- Manager will manage and control the parts picking process for manufacturing and service areas
- Manager will drive warehouse continuous improvement activities increasing efficiency and reducing waste
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 3+ years leadership background in a warehouse/distribution environment
- Candidates must have a strong knowledge of logistics and Lean principles
- Candidates must be computer savvy with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel Spreadsheets
- Candidates must be familiar with manufacturing PPE
- Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
