Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading heavy equipment manufacturer who is looking for an Installation Scheduling Coordinator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7am-4pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Installation Scheduling Coordinator will coordinate project installation schedules
- Coordinator will communicate directly with the customer regarding timelines, costs, requirements, etc.
- Coordinator will request quotes and purchase orders for rental equipment as needed
- Coordinator will maintain all necessary documentation and provide project status updates
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 2 + years construction industry experience
- Candidates must have a strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite and similar software
- Candidates must be detail oriented and able to work independently
- Familiarity with manufacturing and equipment installation is a plus
