Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Office Administrative/Accounting Support Clerk for our client in Youngsville, NC. This position will be responsible for being the backup for Customer Service/Order Entry as well as AP/AR.  This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering full benefits.

Responsibilities:

Backup for CSR:

  • Order entry
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA’s)
  • Print picking sheets
  • Create SKU for new Items in Sage and provide to Marketing for Website Update
  • Update pricing/cost for drop ship items in Sage and provide to Marketing for Website Update
  • Enter invoices in Customer Portal (share with Accounting Clerk)
  • Schedule Freight Shipments

Backup for Accounting:

  • Enter AP invoices
  • Issuing & Printing Checks
  • Prepare Purchase Orders
  • Enter Cash Receipts
  • Run AR aging Report
  • Email past Due Customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum of HS Diploma
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliability & Dependability
  • Comfortable working in EXCEL
  • SAGE 100 experience a plus
