Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a globally know beverage company who is hiring for a QC Supervisor. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay, working onsite. The ideal candidate has the ability to provide day-to-day supervision of the Quality Control department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direction to syrup blenders and QC techs.
- Maintaining that all lab equipment is calibrated according to company standards.
- Ensuring all syrup, ingredient and product testing performed are in compliance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate record keeping, confirming all concentrate and raw materials are inventoried accurately.
- Filling in for absent Quality Control Techs when necessary as well as managing the QC department in the Quality Controls Manager’s absence.
Requirements:
- HSD or Associate’s degree in Sciences or a related field combined with 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Direct experience with GLPs, GMPs and Chemical Safety background is required.
- Ability to train direct reports and complete the Quality Leadership Training program.
- Willingness to obtain Forklift/Powered Industrial Truck certification.
