Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a full time Account Administrator for an equipment supplier in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will provide key support for Sales, Parts and Service customers’ satisfaction and maintain vital administrative operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews, updates, and closes work orders.
  • Answers telephone for service department routes calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Closely monitors repair schedule and contacts customer with any schedule modifications
  • Places orders with vendors for new equipment
  • Maintains office machines and supplies

Requirements:

  • Associates degree preferred, high school diplomas required
  • 1-3 years of working experience in similar administrative position
  • Communicate professionally, politely, and concisely, on the phone and in person
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Able to anticipate needs and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite  – Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
