Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opportunity with a medical device manufacturer in RTP area for a hybrid Membership Coordinator. This is a hybrid position that will primarily be all remote, but you must live in this area to attend occasional onsite meetings and trainings. The primary role of the Membership Coordinator is to manage membership and contract data in the company’s contracting systems, ensuring timely and accurate pricing, administrative fees and rebate payments across all business units. Membership eligibility must be validated and assigned appropriately. Additionally, this role will work closely with business unit leaders to develop, implement and manage a pricing hierarchy across all business units and contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage membership and pricing.
  • Work with Strategic Pricing and Contract Management team to ensure accurate GPO contract and tier assignments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments of administrative fees and earned rebate payments to Group Purchasing organizations and Integrated Delivery Networks as stipulated in each contract.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Account Executives and Field Sales Management on compliance of accounts to contracts and provide concise reporting when accounts are not trending toward compliance.
  • Maintain data base Membership rosters.
  • Supports the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and all upgrades and enhancements to contract administration and membership management systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field with 3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Contract experience, sales support or marketing experience in a medical manufacturing environment is desired.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and assertive
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and ownership or responsibility
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform date extraction and manipulation, analyze data, and generate reports.
  • Proficiency in SAP or ERP, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
