Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a UI/UX Designer to join a fast-growing, healthcare-based, non-profit organization. This is a full-time, permanent position and will allow for full remote. We ideally are looking for someone who is able to come work alongside the UI/UX developers to help build and customize web apps to be more user friendly.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews or other types of inquiries to help understand user needs.
- Ensure the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital user.
- Produce high-quality solutions using flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps.
- Provide guidance to the IT staff regarding the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior.
- Maintain a competitive edge over similar competitor products and keep pace with evolving industry trends.
- Perform tests on user interface elements such as CTAs, layouts, target links, landing pages and banners.
- Understand product specifications and user psychology and predict what might work for both.
- Support development team in web page organization and structure (CSS, HTML, JavaScript/Typescript, scripting language).
- Create and execute UX test plans.
