Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a fast growing biopharmaceutical company who is hiring for a Quality Manager to lead their quality management team. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, working onsite. The ideal candidate has the demonstrated experience and ability to manage all aspects of quality assurance at a biopharmaceutical manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously implements and manages QMS to ensure products and services meet expectations.
- Upholds compliance with all company SOP’s, administrative policies, procedures, and governing authorities’ regulations at all times.
- Collaborates effectively with Operations personnel and Management.
- Competently and safely works and handles potentially infectious material while following all prescribed OSHA blood borne pathogen guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree in scientific field, relevant scientific/quality management related industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in quality assurance.
- Technical expertise in LIMS and QMS.
- Experience meeting company SOPs, client specifications, as well as external and internal regulatory requirements.
