Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator for an exciting opportunity with a fast paced organization in Holly Springs, NC. The Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator will provide administrative support to the scheduling department to ensure all products and materials are prepared for upcoming job orders.  This is a full time, direct hire position.

Responsibilities:

  • Confirm job orders for next day’s schedule
  • Match PO’s to materials to ensure availability
  • Inform the purchasing team of product availability needs and shortages to prevent delays
  • Gather and prepare materials required to complete installations, ensuring they are ready for installers the next day.
  • Communicate effectively with service department, project managers, and in office co-workers to complete daily tasks
  • Assist with managing the scheduling and completion of the installation of projects

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree preferred, high school diploma required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • 3 years of previous experience in construction scheduling administration.
  • Knowledge of material and purchase order processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to dig deep for answers and solutions.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and organize work efficiently.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
