Commercial Construction Superintendent
Accentuate Staffing is working with a growing Commercial Construction Design Build firm in the South Raleigh/ Clayton area who is looking for a Construction Superintendent.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling of field operations, handling field change orders
- Preparing job site meeting minutes, maintaining a job logbook
- Conduct job site safety inspections and conform to OSHA regulations
- Light manual labor may be required at times
Requirements:
- Must learn to use Project Management Software
- Ensure reputation and quality are maintained
- OSHA 30 training will be provided
- Typical week is M-F 7am until done, weekends may be required some depending on schedules and deadlines
