Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing company that is hiring a Technical Support Lead to manage day-to-day service level requirements. This is a full-time employment opportunity, offering a competitive salary, working in a hybrid capacity with an office in the Durham area. The ideal candidate has extensive experience providing technical support and a familiarity with database and networking issues.
The company is a world leader in inventory management control solutions, including software and point-of-use hardware. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team in a call center environment, where you will use your understanding of how different applications and hardware interrelate to help your team resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
- You will use your hands-on technical experience to lead a team of 4 in reaching logical diagnosis and troubleshooting solutions to resolve issues.
- Handle support requests, escalations, and customer-specific projects regarding database, networking, reporting, and custom inquiries
- Work with development and engineering teams to resolve and track software bugs and hardware issues
Requirements:
- An understanding of the structure and the ability to generate queries for a relational database (SQL preferred).
- Familiarity with bug tracking and development software packages (JIRA).
- CRM experience
- Experience with Windows OS
