Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for our client in Raleigh.  This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering a dynamic work culture and a solid benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable and Payable for multiple entities
  • Monthly credit card and bank account reconciliations
  • Journal Entries and GL management
  • Payroll; W2’s
  • Annual 1099 processing
  • Annual Audit Preparation
  • Filing of property taxes and sales & use tax
  • Organization/Filing/system improvements
  • Order office supplies and track inventory and monthly supply budget
  • Coordinate and assist with onboarding new hires

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience
  • Minimum of Associate’s Degree in Accounting preferred
  • Comfortable with MS Office especially EXCEL
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • Integrity and discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently with self-motivation
