Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Fully Remote Accounting Specialist to work directly on a project for the next 6-9 months with a well established healthcare company in Raleigh. This position will import payer programs, create and import vendor bills and record updates in Netsuite as well as perform journal entries of disbursements and cash receipts and other project related tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Create and import CPESN payer programs
- Create and import CPESN vendor bills
- Vendor record updates
- Misc cash receipts & cash disbursement JE’s
- Other tasks as needed
- Fixed asset observations
- Fixed asset inventory updates in Netsuite
Requirements:
- Must have intermediate Excel skills, including v-lookups, match functions, formatting data, pivot tables, etc.
- Significant attention to details – accuracy over speed
- Accounting background is needed
- Self motivated
- Able to deliver results without a lot of supervision
- Prefer experience with Netsuite
- Bachelor Degree is preferred but will consider experience over degree
