Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a HR Generalist for a manufacturing company in Apex, NC. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to employees and assists in the management of HR policy administration, compensation, performance management, supporting staffing, and employee relations. This is a full time, direct hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel employees and management on issues concerning performance and policies
  • Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues; examines and analyzes situations and recommends solutions
  • Maintain accurate and concise job descriptions, and coordinate with the upkeep of descriptions as job responsibilities change and/or new positions are created
  • Administer and monitor performance management and merit increase programs
  • Support the recruiting process, including the approval process, posting openings, developing ads, screening resumes, identifying appropriate staffing resources, planning, and conducting interviews
  • Lead annual employee survey preparation, execution, and post-survey activities
  • Generate HRIS reports to support department and management with planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience in HR management
  • Minimum of 5 years related HR experience
  • Knowledge of Paycom software or similar HRIS system
  • Maintain current knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and employment law
  • Ability to communicate well with internal and external contacts, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to act independently applying discretion, judgment, and tact in a highly sensitive environment with changing priorities
