Accentuate Staffing is partnered with a growing building materials supplier to hire remote IT Support Specialists to join their team. This is fully remote and can be located anywhere in North Carolina . This is a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension. The IT Support Specialist will provide tech support to end users of systems company wide.

Responsibilities:

  • Professional and timely response to customers’ requests for assistance regarding internal applications, hardware, printer and mobile needs via phone, email, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot to identify causes and solutions for incidents reported by customers, and resolve issues as they arise
  • Document issues and calls in help desk ticketing system
  • Other standard help desk and technical support duties as they arise

Requirements:

  • Phone technical support experience strongly preferred
  • Associates degree in IT preferred. May be substituted by appropriate experience in a Help Desk position.
  • Experience with MS Office products, ITIL Foundations Certifications preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Customer service and solution oriented mindset
  • Ability to multi task and troubleshoot most issues independently or with minimal assistance.
