Responsibilities:

•    Manage the global Supply Chain, Demand and Logistics team consisting of 5 – 7 employees
•    Provide expertise in the analysis, design, implementation and support of Supply Chain Applications including ECC6 / APO and integrated systems.
•    Deliver consistently high-quality service and solutions that meet business requirements and ensure goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
•    Develop and manage the performance of a global team with the objective of building a world-class IT organization through identifying, coaching/mentoring, retaining and attracting top IT talent.
•    Manage resource assignments and priorities; working with other functional managers to coordinate assignments to projects and other deliverables.
•    Manage the development/configuration and maintenance of application systems by conducting meetings with users to determine their system requirements.
•    Support the initiation process for new project requests including analysis of possible solutions, scope definition, resource, cost and schedule planning.
•    Manage global template for applications to ensure SAP system remains stable and supportable.
•    Apply technical knowledge to all phases of systems analysis and consider the business implications of the application to the current and future business environment
•    Ensure policies, procedures, and guidelines are adhered to by team members.
•    Conduct functional and/or technical reviews and walks-through of IT design documentation with the development and the design team members.
•    Act as expert support on business processes in respective area of responsibility.
•    Deliver consistently high-quality service and solutions that meet business requirements and ensure goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
•    Track, monitor, review, and report project progress where appropriate.
•    Share ideas, information, knowledge, and data proactively to accomplish collaboration for the success of the team, project, or task
•    Manage day-to-day support including issue resolution and process enhancements
•    Meet with Senior Business Leadership to determine priorities

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in technical field such as Computer Science or Information Systems. A combination of education and experience with SAP SCM may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  •    8-10 years’ experience working in an SAP IT project / support environment.
  •    5+ years leading / managing professional level employees.
  •    Experience in at least two of the following areas required:  SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP QM, APO
  •    Experience in an FDA regulated environment preferred.
