Responsibilities:

• Managing from start to finish all construction loans.
• Updating and reconciling loan balance reports.
• Maintain inventory and finance reports.
• Correspond and maintain banking relations regarding construction loans.
• Request construction loan inspections for loan draws.
• Manage construction loan and house sale closings.
• Report Builders Risk insurance filings.
• Record entries for all closings.

Requirements:

• Associates or BA in accounting or related field preferred
• Banking background helpful.

• Some overall residential construction knowledge.
• Strong integrity.
• Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to accurately process and record a large volume of numerical data.
• Experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suites.
• Ability to collaborate with management and interact with customers, trade-partners, and vendors.
• Team player with a great attitude, emotional intelligence and driven to results.
• Strong financial analysis abilities and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and growing environment.
