Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a REMOTE TEMPORARY Accounts Payable Associate to perform accounts payable functions to support domestic and international operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Match supplier invoices with approved purchase orders (3-way match)
- Identify problems and interface with supply chain specialists to resolve in a timely manner
- Communicate with suppliers and buyers via telephone and written communications
- Interaction with other team members
- Process 100+ invoices per day
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable
- Experience with JDE, QAD or Esker on Demand desired
- Able to work in a team environment with deadline pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented approach to work with solid organizational skills
- Good problem identification and problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of sales and use tax
