Are you looking to work for a reputable and flexible Real Estate Team? Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator for a great team in Raleigh! This is a Direct Hire opportunity with flexibility to work from home, in an office or a combination of both.
Responsibilities:
• Receive contract from listing/buyer agent
• Assemble file with checklist – Wise agent
• Make introduction emails (attorney, lender, agents, client)
• Collect DD/EM checks and distribute
• Schedule inspection(s)
• Attend inspection(s)
• Share contract with lender
• Share contract with attorney and set up closing
• Go over inspection report with buyer or seller
• Negotiate repairs
• Check compliance (make sure all docs are in transaction room)
• Ensure DD date is met (for buyers and sellers) and all conditions met
• Collect all invoices prior to closing for buyer’s agent/lender/attorney
• Review closing disclosures and share closing details/process with clients
• Send utilities to buyers to be set up / buyer’s agent has asked buyers to set up if our listing
• Arrange for seller docs if seller does not plan to attend closing/ Include POA to sign
• Close out Transaction Rooms (Docusign)
• Issue agent desk fee invoices
• Track lead source/sales YTD
• Make sure agents are compliant with their paperwork
• Specialty Mailings – Send out Anniversary Cards & Calendars
• Event coordination – Customer appreciation
Requirements:
- Real Estate Industry experience
- Comfortable with MS Office
- Detail Oriented; strong written & verbal communication skills
- Real Estate License preferred; if not licensed, be willing to obtain license in the future
