Accentuate Staffing is working with a Fast Growing Company in Raleigh, NC who is looking to hire an Operational Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a newly created Direct Hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily functions of Staff Accountant and 2 Customer Service Admin
- Approve Vendor Statements and ensure completion on a timely basis
- Posting; Inventory Management; Correct Invoice errors
- Responds to Service Center questions- inventory receipt, inventory adjustments, etc
- Posts inventory once it is received by the warehouse
- Posts Imaging invoices and receive the PO
- Manages annual inventory count
- Manages trade in process- maintain spreadsheet of trade ins, monitor receipt of trade ins
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5+ years of Accounting experience
- 3+ years of Supervisory experience
- Great Plains experience preferred
- Solid MS Office skills
- ERP systems experience a plus
