Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Mortgage Closing Coordinator for a rapidly growing team in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area. The Closing Coordinator will manage all documents accurately and prepare for closing needs. This is a permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update all loan documents into Encompass system
- Ensure that all documents are in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Calculate all costs and fees appropriately in Encompass system and update accordingly
- Prepare all closing instructions and coordinate with title company to monitor closing and funding
- Work with all parties involved in the loan review process
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a mortgage loan closer
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge and familiarity with current mortgage and compliance laws and regulations
- Knowledge of Encompass
