Responsibilities:

• Provide information to optimize profitability
• Develop tools and reports as needed to facilitate decision-making processes
• Analyze industry competitors, trends to identify opportunities, trends and risks
• Serve as an education resource for staff on financial processes/controls
• Review and analyze historical financial performance of opportunities;
• Develop reasonable projections/proformas to facilitate meaningful discussion
• Coordinate the due diligence process for new opportunities
• Facilitate accounting onboarding of new branches through transition to Mgr. Acctg. Svcs.
• Manage enterprise information security to maintain compliance with all applicable standards
• Participate in identification, deployment, and adoption of new technology across the enterprise;
• Provide support to CFO in analysis of Company operations
• Develop lender, investor, and board packages for review by CFO and BOD; Coordinate tax return preparation for all entities in accordance with corporate timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related Field
• 2+ years Financial Analysis experience
• Ability to extract and synthesize meaningful information from multiple data sources
• Discern historical trends in financial performance and underlying causes
• Implementation and oversight of corporate financial policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls;
• Expert-level Excel skills and working knowledge of other analytics platforms
• Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize
• Responsive to client and colleague requests with strong sense of ownership; Adherence to internally and externally generated deadlines
