Responsibilities:

Daily Activity
Enter in AP invoices and agree them back to Purchase Log
Enter credit card purchases
Send out AR invoices as needed
Prepare AP reports and cut checks as needed
Review bank accounts daily for activity and record deposits received

ME Checklist
Sales and COGS
Prepare sales report
Prepare Sales by Customer report
P&L for closed projects to provide to Project Manager
Manufacturing Sales and GM Rec

Inventory
Finished Goods
Get the WIP projects listing from Project Manager
Allocate Shipping Costs to Jobs
Post Lab and Raw Material Usage supplies allocation
Post the ME Labor costs to each job per timesheets
Post ME inventory count adjustment

Payroll
Make retirement contributions
Import and review ME payroll into QuickBooks
Enter time in QuickBooks
Cash and Credit cards
Reconcile Checking Account
Reconcile Money Market Account
Post and reconcile CC charges for AMEX
Post and reconcile CC charges for Capital One Card

Accounts Payable
Sort through desk to confirm that all PM invoices have been entered
Perform AP / AR Aging Summary to GL Rec

General
Record Depreciation Expense and reconcile FAs
Amortize Prepaid Expenses and perform reconciliation
Perform customer deposits reconciliation
Post Month End accruals per the details
Perform Other Current Liabilities Reconciliation
Prepare Month End Financial Information for Management

Annual Activities
In charge of annual audit and work with accountants to get completed
Prepare 1099s and the Property Tax Listings
Prepare annual budget

As Needed
Prepare special reports as requested from Management
Enter in new employees in payroll system and make any payroll changes as needed
Prepare census report and other reporting for insurance renewals and government requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 3+ years Accounting experience
• QuickBooks and/or SAP experience desired
