Accentuate Staffing is assisting a distribution company with their need for a Cash Applications Specialist. This is an awesome opportunity with a leading company in Garner, NC!
Responsibilities:
- Apply lockbox checks and ACH payments to customer accounts.
- Will perform data entry day in and day out however, not “traditional” data entry – there is some research and analysis involved to locate the correct customer account and invoices – sometimes with minimal information.
- Candidate needs to be able to 10-key quickly and accurately as well as perform some research and make quick decisions.
- This position does not have any customer interaction or any accounts receivable type of follow-up.
Requirements:
- 2+ years Cash applications experience
- Solid 10-key skills
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to Research information
