Accentuate Staffing is hiring Construction Estimators/Account Managers for positions with an established, growing restoration company in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate has experience in estimation, using Xactimate, and handling insurance claims. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Assess damages and write estimates
- Responsible for overseeing quality of scopes and ensuring excellent customer service
- Assure clients and insurance representatives receive estimates within a timely fashion
- Maintain adequate sales and profit margins
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience handling residential or commercial insurance claims
- Experience with Xactimate is required; DASH is a plus
- Experience handling water, fire, smoke and natural disaster insurance claims
- Project Management experience is a plus
