Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Bilingual Finance Administrative Assistant to provide operational support for a well-established commercial contractor in Cary. This a direct hire, onsite role offering great benefits. This position supports the team through a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a team-player able to demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills in order to complete all tasks accurately, and to ensure delivery is high-quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Run weekly reports for distribution to management and operations
- Set up jobs and job subsections in ERP from customer work assignments
- Daily communication with Operations to ensure change orders and customer billing entered in customer portal
- Enter material Purchase Orders and assign costs to subsections and jobs – communicate with operations to ensure cost is assigned to correct project
- Enter Residential timecards and print checks for Residential Department
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in finance
- MUST be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Possess excellent written and verbal skills
- Capable of working both independently and in a team environment
